Good morning all, I received a Notification chevron this morning. I have seen the message before but had no idea how to interact with it on this win 7 64 machine. I managed to trip over a link that said to report problems. I did it and it took a while and then said that Windows needed more information to solve the problems #8 of them. It gave me the option to see the errors and they are all WE related. This said that it was compressing data of 24465 KB worth of problems to Windows.
What is the cause of this and is this the reason that WE is not behaving as well as it used to and how can I get it back in line. Very troubling. I am trying to learn new programs and not knowing what is the problem is very frustrating. Is it WE not behaving, or is Outlook 2010, office 2010, Omni 18, Professional converter, or Windows, Norton, or simply user error? Hard to determine. Even sometimes WE will not be able to read help manuals. So really hard to learn what is causing my issues. Windows Help is completely frustrating without a brows mode that is reliable. Also a big problem is the fact that I have to stay with IE 8 since that is the only browser that has mouse support and I am informed many times that the browser I am using will no longer be supported by websites I have to visit for work, not just my leisure. What is the problem??????? Trying to search for answers often results in the possible answer being in a google group but WE can't read any of that to me unless the mouse is used which is another reason IE 8 has to stay around but that it in itself could be my problem. What is the solution??? Below is the messages being sent to Windows to find solutions. Which came back with the message "No new solutions found. When solutions are available they will be in the action center." OK What else can I do to help you help me to fix this problem?
