Hi Vic: One way to do this is go to Format, in the menubar, then arrow down to column and, in the column submenu, you can either do an Autofit, Selection which will make the column as wide as it needs to be to display all its entries, or just tgo to widthchoose , which allows you to type the width that you want the column to be. It may take some experimentation to get it the way you want, so be a little patient. Kevin Huber
