Ok, I must first of all apologize for my impatience.
Maybe I have a misunderstanding here.
I have just ordered SocialEyes 1 year subscription, but neither in the
order confirmation web page nor the order confirmation e-mail did I
receive a link to download the product. I got the authorization file
along with my personalized serial number, but no SocialEyes program.
I did see in the news that for those who pre-ordered it they will get an
e-mail with where to download it etc. Does this also apply to new orders?
Just want some reassurance that's all. I appreciate Gw Micro being
tremendously busy, but guess I'm so used to automated orders that I
begin to panic if I do not see anything to get me started almost
straight away.
Any responses greatly appreciated, and once again sorry for the lack of
patience. Am really excited, like many of you, to get my hands on this.
For now though, I will keep reading and marveling at what this app can do.
