Well after a total of 8-1/2 hours trying to install on my desktop, and another 4-1/2 hours trying to install to my laptop I finally went back and re-downloaded the setup file. This time it worked. It seem to detect that ..net 4 was already installed and ran like a champ. Haven't tried it out yet, and am about to. Don't know what the difference between the two downloads were. Would think if the first was corrupt it wouldn't even run, so my guess is there must have been some modification to the setup. Either way glad that's over. I was about to start tossing things and the wife hates it when I do things like that. Last time I did she heard a big thump and came running in to the office to find me cussing and the cat sitting by the bookcase shaking his head and wondering what had just happened.
