Also, do you have the NoScript add-on for firefox installed? Blocking some
of the material that EBay loves to throw on us, have proven beneficial on my
computers. You get the NoScript add-on from firefox's homepage. Once
installed, open the EBay webpage. Hit the App- or context-menu key, and
Up-Arrow once, and it will say NoScript. Hit Right-Arrow, and you are in a
context menu of the NoScript add-on. Here are listed, all the elements you
can block. Try blocking anything you don't recognize, like anything that
does not relate directly to Ebay. Don't worry, should you happen to block
something that you later on will need, you can always unblock it. Try
blocking the items on the list, one by one, and run the page for a little
after each blocking. You will need spend a bbit of effort on the job, but I
have found it well worth in my EBaying.
