Hello Malissa, Spotify has a very small amount of accessibility. It is possible to search for and listen to songs, but that is pretty much it. You have to go to the playback edit box as Window-Eyes calls it, type your query in, press enter, shift tab twice and use the arrow keys to navigate the list. It may or may not tell you what song your are on, sometimes it will just tell you what song you are listening to, rather than the song you have landed on. You can press enter to play the song and use the read current line or title bar hotkey to tell you what song you are listening to, but you cannot rewind or fast forward through the song. I have written to Spotify HQ in the UK, and they are looking into it. I hope this helps.
