insert enhanced app. this is suppose to be a jaws keyboard layout. but if you don't use it disable or remove it. you can turn it off with short cut keys but it interferes with many of the normal hot key functions. many times when you want to customize your hot keys the changes will not save. and revert back to the factory settings when you try to save them.
