Occasionally, I will get into a mode where Outlook refuses to close an email, either with the escape key or even via alt+f+4. I can even delete the message and it stays open. If I turn off WE and press escape the message closes fine.
When this happens, CTRL+R will also not open a reply indow. I have checked, the outlook enhanced app is still running fine when this happens. If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
