I am a real Outlook fan. I use the Outlook calendar in its "list" view, but also Window-Eyes has a special built-in interface especially for the Outlook Calendar. I recommend purchase of Outlook because it can do so much more than just being a great calendar: it has an email package obviously, a task manager, a journal (which can be setup to automatically journal a wide range of events), a contact manager, and plenty of documentation and e-books and tutorials are available, as well as it being well supported by Window-Eyes.
