Hi, Using WHP 7 32 bit and latest WE with Eloquence
Sometimes, when attempting to examine the screen with the mouse pointer in a variety of programmes, the mouse pointer will allow access to the first couple of lines and then just ding and go nowhere. This is a similar situation to that experienced when attempting to examine the screen in IE 9 and IE 10. The only way to temporarily fix the problem seems to be to unload and reload WE.
The problem is inconsistent and may work fine for a few days or week or so before occurring again. I have not been able to find a trigger for this behaviour unfortunately.
