Hello Matt,
Typically, the link in question should be the very first item on the
page. If you can't find it, you can also disable Google Instant by
visiting www.google.com/preferences.

The link appears as normal in firefox, however, we all know firefox
has its own accessibility issues, in particular where flash content is
concerned.
