Alt-T Tools.
Programs tab.
Manage add-ons button.
Comes in on the tool-bars radio button. Cursor down once to: Search providers.
Tab once into the list of providers.
On my system the list is Bing and Google. Select Bing and Tab down to the Move down link. This makes Bing the second choice.
If you don't see Google there's a link for additional providers.
