Tim,
In addition to the quick help you were asking for, there are several companies which publish books on using MS Office 2010 programs with Window-Eyes. I've seen the one from Access Technology Institute (Cathy Anne Murtha), and there's a second available from a company who has partnered with GW (I forget their name, but GW support/sales could help you contact them). If you're going to be a regular user of Outlook or Word, I'd recommend buying one of these books; it can be much more helpful than just knowing keystrokes.
