Since you weren't specific in your message as to what problem you were
referring to, I offer the following narrative:

Using Window-Eyes 8.2 and Firefox 23.0.1, I just went to the Learning Ally
site and performed a quick search.

Note: If you have Noscript running, you will need to temporarily allow scripts
for this page in order to access the search results.

Unfortunately, they don't use Landmarks to make it easier to jump right to
the search results.
It appears that, unlike prior versions of the site, they use headings to
identify the search results, instead of tables. Navigating by second level
headings should take you from result to result. Once you have located a
potential target book, you can use the arrow keys in Browse mode to review the
details of the book: Copyright year, edition etc. The problem occurs when you
arrow past the "Add to Bookshelf" link, to the "What's an Audio Format" link.
This link causes a reload which apparently adds additional information to the
page. Unfortunately, you are unable to read this additional information with
the Browse cursor as once you arrow off the link the page reloads again without
the additional information.
Fortunately, from my experience, when the page reloads, you don't lose your
place on the page. Therefore, once you arrow off the link the page will reload
and you can go on your merry way.
The easiest work-around would be to avoid the offending link by using the
second level headings to navigate to the targeted book thereby avoiding the
offending link(s.) Also, remember that the offending link immediately follows
the "Add to Bookshelf" link. Using the heading navigation key(s) from the "Add
to Bookshelf" link should avoid the offending link altogether.
Alternatively, you could simply just wait for the page to reload before
moving on.

FYI: This link is not only a problem with Window-Eyes. I just accessed the
page with NVDA. Although the disruption is not as noticeable: NVDA does not
say "page reloading ...", NVDA does however start saying "clickable, clickable
link" once you have landed on this link and move away. Personally I find the
unnecessary, repetition of the word "clickable" to be as irritating as the
"page reloading" message, especially since the word "clickable isn't necessary:
from my experience, if it's a link, it's clickable. This is not to be critical
of NVDA, just to point out that it also has its irritations.
