Yes; on the MS store they offer a discount to any student with a .edu email
address, regardless of whether any agreement is in place or not.

When looking to purchase a Microsoft Office product, if you happen to be 
a student, faculty member, or staff member of an institution of higher 
learning, check with its Computing Services Department to see if they 
have worked out a multiple license agreement with Microsoft.  If you are 
eligible to purchase software under that license, you'll save a bundle.
