I was the one who mentioned the mouse pointer triggering tool-tips and
sometimes other events when hovering. But I don't use Facebook and I
primarily use IE10 wherein we currently can't view a web site with the
mouse. So, assuming you know what you're looking for, try it in firefox
to see if it works. Turn browse mode off (Control-Shift-A) and navigate
with the mouse pointer.

The subject line says it all. Someone on list mentioned something
about the mouse pointer and the WE cursor and having the hover menu show
up on facebook.com. Is this possible? I had and accessibility question
answered a month after I had first asked facebook's accessibility team
the question and they assumed I was using JAWS.
