Hi
Did you atempt to update through the website, or the check for updates
feature under help? If you tried the website which didn't work for
some reason, give the check for updates option a try. Once you press
enter on it you'll be told that there is a new version available and
after clicking the download button, the new version will be downloaded
and installed for you. Once that starts you'll be asked if you want to
upgrade which you can answer yes to. Just follow the prompts and you're
off and running. Hope that helps.

I am using Windows 8 and WindowEyes 8.2. I am having trouble with the
download of the WindowEyes 8.3 upgrade. I click on download and I
hear the progress in terms of percentages as the download continues.
Then when the download is apparently complete, I hear nothing else. I
went to the list of vdownloads thinking the upgrade would be there and
I could install it but I see no sign of it in the downloads list.
I'm not sure where the download is being placed or exactly what's
happening and what I should do. Any advice? interestingly, I recall
downloading 8.2 successfully but Idon't recall any such problems. Any
