I'm also running W7/64 and installed that update yesterday. I just went
to Amazon, jumped to the category combo-box, selected MP3 music, tabbed
to the search box, made an entry, hit enter, and the results page came
up fine.
I'd try turning off apps or at least the IE Enhanced app to see if
either solves your problem.

IE 10. Since Installing that update WE will no longer work with
www.amazon.com. The Amazon web page comes up on the screen but WE stops
