Hi everyone I am experiencing WE 8.3 reading text in an MS Word document that is not part of any document. In fact I have no idea where the text is coming from.
For example, as I am editing a document sometimes We will say something like "trying to connect to server" as I arrow through it. If I arrow up and down We will say that last bit of text more or less in the same place. If I press the read line hotkey We will still say "trying to connect to server". If I use the Windows cursor keys like left or right arrow or control+left or right arrow WE will actually read the text on that specific line. There are no other windows that have that text. In our environment I am connected to both Windows and Novell servers. This type of message is not one that appears on the screen and it is not how Novell Netware posts those types of notifications. The tough thing is I am working on a document and it is taking me a lot longer, because I cannot easily determine what text is in the document and what text We is picking up from some type of back ground process. If there is a work-around, great; otherwise getting this fixed would be OK too.
