SuperAntiSpyware, and Malwarebytes. They both run quite well with screen readers, although like anything else these days, they are mouse intensive - so you will have to operate the numpad of your keyboard. Also, many people have reported SpyBot to work well. The two first ones mentioned, are recommended from many sources on the net, and they offer you a free - and a paid - version. Further I would suggest to try some of the online scanners available, like the Microsoft Safety scanner - which you can get by going to Microsoft's webpage and search for it. The online scanners are slow, but they may pick up things that nothing else did find. Another online scanner would be the one offered by BitDefender.

Subject: good spyware programs

Hey guys,

I really need to scan this computer for spyware. Any good programs that
work well with window-eyes?
This computer is having way too many slowdowns and becoming quite
unreliable, unexplainable stopping of speech of window-eyes, stuff that is
quite frankly unacceptable.
Any suggestions?
