I am not able to reproduce your issue. Do you continue to experience
this problem if you restart Window-Eyes while you're logged into the
same Windows session?

This happens on any application that accepts input. If I have a word
document open, it inserts a t. MS Access a t is inserted. If I am
composing an email, it happens there. And not to put the actions only
on Microsoft products, I use an emulation program from IBM where this
also happens.
