I wanted to share my experience with an issue I was having with the latest
Window-Eyes.  I am using Outlook 2013, and since the update to 8.3, the list
of messages in boxes wouldn't read unless you arrowed through them fast.  I
spoke to Aaron, and over a few conversations he told me that the folks at GW
Micro could duplicate the problem, and a fix would be out soon.  It took
about a week or two, but I'm happy to report that the update GW Micro sent
me fixed the email issue.  I'm very pleased with the support I've gotten
from GW Micro.  I've used other screen readers before buying Window-Eyes on
their payment program, and GW Micro's support is the best I've encountered.
