I'm having the same issues as John is with some other things. The whole
page speaks when I load the latest Thunderbird, am am trying to train
myself to press Control-W to close messages instead of pressing escape
in the latest TB Enhanced, WE 8.3 on 64 bit Windows 7 Home )Premium.
Have also suffered intermittent sounds of thunder and chirping opening
and closing all messages and periodically hear the word suggestions when
it makes no sense. Will try to delete and re-install TB Enhance if some
kind person will remind me of the steps. I'm experiencing other
computer weirdness and have had several bad computer days and
frustration has frozen working brain cells.
