A few weeks ago, I sent an email noting that when I press insert - t to get the time, it physically places a t on the screen. I was told to restart WE. I did and the issue went away. That resolution only lasted for that session. When I restart the pc, the issue comes back. I tried re-assigning the time key, but it doesn't matter what key is assigned. This doesn't happen with any other hot key. I am using WE 8.3 on a Windows 7 Pro pc and all updates.
