There is something you can get called Ninite. The program is free. Get it from, http://www.ninite.com once on that website, look for something called, Revo. R, E, V, O. This program, once installed, will uninstall things you don't want on the computer. Make sure that if you do have the bing toolbar, shut it down before running Revo and uninstalling it. You will want the advanced option as that will not only remove it, but, the registry keys for it as well.
