You have to right arrow once and then up arrow once before we will start
reading the list.

If I press the windows key, a search box appears. If i then cursor
down, there is a list of ten items followed by a show all programs
button. This used to bring up a list of all of the programs for me to
make a choice. Now, when I click on the "show all programs" button
nothing happens. If I cursor down the search box re-appears and when
I cursor down once more,I hear "tree view. A friend has told me the
list of programs is on the screen but WE won't speak them.
