I have been active in MIDI keyboards and the recording of a "one-man band" using a hard-disk audio recorder. Up to this point, I have been using Cakewalk for DOS - yes, would you believe it - I still have a DOS machine that I use for MIDI. But I know that DOS and DOS machines are virtually antiques. My question is: What MIDI software is accessible to a totally-blind person using Window-Eyes? I notice, too, that some new keyboards have USB inputs and outputs rather than the MIDI ins and outs with which I am familiar; but to stay on topic, I guess we should stay with the question of what software would work best for me to continue my MIDI activity in the Windows environment - and probably the Windows 7 environment at that.
