With this logic screen-readers would be a crime and we should get everything we need for free. Tax payers already pay for some of it. So why not all for every one of us.

We live in a sighted world. And life ain't fair, for anyone. You can accept reality or live an embittered life. There's all kinds of adaptive technology I'd like to have but cannot afford. So I work with what I've got instead of wasting myself being angry over things I cannot change.

Maybe you should refocus your energy and write to your politicians, search for alternative funding resources, look into charitable organizations, ask a local church. Do something productive. GW can't work for nothing.
