Hi. Sorry if the subject line is a bit vague, but I'm writing this e-mail in reference to an e-mail sent to Bill Holton from Marc Solomon explaining how to make Outlook read messages without the word conversation being spoken too much. I followed the instructions thinking maybe Window-eyes would read the inbox in Outlook 2010 a bit better. However, in Outlook 2010 I no longer hear messages grouped by date such as today or last week or whatever. I tried to write to Marc privately but the message bounced because I have the e-mail address wrong. How do I get things back the way they were. I no longer have the correspondence between Bill Holton and Marc Solomon.
