Hi,
Thanks. I use Mozilla TB, wherein I can sort by "subject", which is the
same thing.
Incidentally, I used WLM for years until it stopped tracking properly
for me. I'm much happier with TB than I ever was with WLM.
Cheers,
Rod :)

when you set it to sort by conversations it will put most of the
messages with the same subject in the same thread. i like it this way.
if i am not interested in the subject you can delete all of the
messages in that thread at the same time. or you can righ arrow to
open the thread and read all the same messages in the thread.

Hi Brenda,
The Read-to-end key is actually Control-Shift-R not Alt-R.
I'm not familiar with what you mean by "conversation."

Hi all,
I did update to Windows Live mail 2012 this morning for Windows 7. I
have Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. Now, for some reason, I canot use the
read to end key. I'm using Alt-r. No matter if I set it to read in
html or
plain text, I don't ahve a read to end key.\
Also, how to turn conversation off?
Thanks in advance,
Brenda
