Hi. So the plot thickens...the developer of the Lunar Tab accessible
software said he tested it with NVDA and Java Access Bridge for the pc. I
tried it but the NVDA kept crashing. My question is since the program is
written in Java, can a script be written for the Lunar Tab program in Window
Eyes? And if that is the solution, what would be the best scripting language
to use? Thank you.
Best,
Wanda

Hello All. The mystery of why the Lunar Guitar Tab program not working is
solved. It is meant to work with Mac and Voice Over. I looked at the files
again and there was a file that Window Eyes read, but did not understand what
it was saying. I asked someone to read the file name and it was Mac Osx, but
since I'm not used to hearing the Mac file extensions, it just ran together and
figured it had something to do with the code. So I'll have to try it on a Mac
with Voice Over and see how it goes. Thank you all that have replied and
contributed to my education.
Best,
Wanda

Subject: Accessible guitar tab program
Hello. I just found an open source program on google which will take power
and guitar-pro tabs and put them into instruction form so that a blind person
could use all of the free tabs online to learn songs. The program seems to do
a good job of putting the tabs into instruction form, but the pproblem that I'm
having is that Window Eyes is not voicing anything from the program. I had my
son check it out and he said the program is translating the tab, so how do I
get Window Eyes to navigate and read the program. I'm running WE7.11 with
Windows XP and java 7.00. Here is the link for the program:

Thank you.
