Yes, you can not sellect the colors from this page without sight.

control is a combo box, but the color choice acts as if it is a list.
Until you right arrow to read a color choice list item letter by
letter, that is. When I try to read the color choice letter by letter,
the virtual cursor jumps to the end of the list. Well, Window-Eyes is
calling it a list anyway. I tried routing the mouse to the desired
color, but the mouse cannot find the color choices either.
