Hi Brenda, While I don't know the details of the problem, someone just posted on the scripting list that she had a problem installing the java access bridge which was particular to xp, and had to run a commandline command to get things working properly. I imagine she got this info from the GW support, so I'd ask them what you may need to do for xp and hava access bridge.
