Under the view menu, toolbars, Enable the preview toolbar. Enable all graphics in WE, and if you mouse around, there's a graphic that says "accept change" as a tooltip. Left click that graphic and there's an "accept all changes in document" option in the little popup menu that appears. This works in word 2003, but not sure about later versions.
