Hi. Well, so far, the keyboard is working normally using Window-eyes 8.3 under Windows 8.1. Thanks to Phil B. who is part of the Microsoft Accessibility hotline, he determined that the Windows 8.1 profile had somehow become corrupted. He created a new profile, copied everything back into it, and so far the keyboard is functioning properly. For example, the arrow keys and the numb pad keys now speak when the numb lockis turned off also. The ctrl-end and home keystrokes work again. We spent a good two and a half hours on the phone troubleshooting this issue. I also had Phil send a message to Gw Micro technical support so he could explain the steps he used to hopefully resolve this issue.
