Hi Peter,
I'm wondering if you're working with a web interface when the dialog
comes up. Have you tried toggling off browse mode; incidentally, you
may also want to set the browse mode Suspend-flash mode to Off, which is
done with Alt-Shift-M. I say this because if you are working with a web
interface, Window-Eyes can be halted because it's trying to deal with an
unfriendly web page; toggling off Suspend-flash mode prevents a lock-up;
this is also a good idea when working with browsers. Suspending flash
can always be toggled back on again.
Good luck,
Rod :)

Hello
Have any of you noticed that when a Kaspersky update screen appears,
Window-Eyes often dies and when it doesn't die, you can't read the
Kaspersky screen either mouse keys or with the Read Window key?
I need help to click the necessary controls to update.
