Well, I did a bit of checking on Google and was unable to attempt the first possible solution; however, after I rebooted my computer, the problem went away.
From: Tom Fairhurst Sent: Saturday, November 02, 2013 8:39 PM To: info GW Subject: MS Word 2010 I am using Windows 7 64-bit Pro with Window-Eyes 8.3. I copy text from a web page into a Word document. I can save the document correctly. However, if I try to exit MS Word, the program stops respon ding. If I press Alt-F4, I am presented with buttons to wait for the program to respond, close theprogram, or restart the program. I can close or restart the program successfully, but why does word stop responding when I try to exit, even if the document has been saved. I think it may have something to do with the text format because documents created in Word don’t do this. Has anyone experienced this? Thanks.
