I have this problem at times. It also occurs when I empty the recycle bin.
The fileneames of the deleted files get spoken when I have moved on to other
tasks. There seems to be something that is not allowing the memory to be
cleared.

Yes, this happens to me all the time. It's like the data remains in the
screen buffer and is always available to Window-Eyes. I don't get it.
