If you want e-books written especially for window-eyes users, try the Access Technology Institute collection at: http://www.blindtraining.com/shop/office2013.htm I find them excellent because they come in many different formats (text, html, Word), and they include many additional audio tutorials demonstrating the use of a particular point for each chapter. I think the price is around $80, and right now, I think they have one for Word and one for Outlook.
