Hi Michael and Dan,

Having consulted the manual, the Suspend Flash hot key, Alt-Shift -M, is only effective for Internet Explorer, and therefore will not work in Mozilla Firefox.

Sorry, and thanks for the correction.

Best regards,

Rod

Hi, Rod. I think your suggestion you provided to Dan is a great one,
however, unless I'm out of the loop, the suspend flash and other commands
don't yet work with Firefox. I can't imagine why Gw Micro hasn't fixed this
frustrating issue.

Hi Dan,

Sounds like your page is refreshing constantly. The hot key Alt-Shift-M can
help to suspend the refreshing which occurs due to flash animation on web
pages.

I'm running WE 7.5.4.1, Win 7 HP and the latest Firefox. I was trying
to look the Nettalk Duo page at www.walmart.com. I would try to tab
through links or headings and I kept getting bounced to the top of the
page repeatedly.. I haven't noticed anywhere else but I've been using
Firefox for only a few days.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Dan
