Generally, I have found it to be a good option. I have kept a subscription to 
the software for several years and will continue. It's reliable and the 
technical support is excellent. Some of their technicians know screen reading 
software (including Window-Eyes commands). When I did acquire a virus (it was 
one no one was blocking a the time), a technical support staffer spent a couple 
hours with me resolving the problem. The menu options can be confusing. Better 
documentation would probably help. Sometimes, the dialogs won't read, but for 
the life of me, I can't figure out why that's happening. On balance, I 
recommend it pretty highly.
