Hello Chip, I have had that exact same problem myself on my old windows 7 32 bit computer. What is happening is when you have two registery entries for a version of sonar that does not exist, the apps will collide with the version you are trying to use. I'll give you an example. In the window-Eyes set files folder, if you hit the sonar 6.reg file, it'll imput accessibility entries for Sonar 6 into your registery, and then if you try to use Sonar, and the entries for version 8 is imported into your registry, the two accessibility modes will try to collide with each other. So, in this case, what I do is I remove the accessibility entry for the version of sonar that does not exist, and then everything should work fine with the app.
