Hi,

You do not want to disable any that are for Window-Eyes. We will have an
article out soon that talks about the best way to configure Outlook to work
with WE, which will talk about other add-ins that may cause issues.

Regarding the virtualization, are you certain that your add-in is enabled?
While in Add-ins, you can Tab to the Manage combo box, which will allow you to
select only the disabled add-ins. After you select disabled, Tab to Go and
press Enter. A new dialog will appear if you have any disabled add-ins. If
Outlook Enhance does not show in the list of disabled add-ins, then next, you
should check to make sure you have the necessary three components installed to
ensure Outlook Enhance will work for virtualization. These components are
found at https://www.gwmicro.com/App_Central/Apps/App_Details/?scriptid=1332.
Look for the heading called “Required Addin Components.”

After making sure all three of those are installed, restart Outlook. If the
problem still occurs, contact tech support at 260-489-3671.

Installation/Configuration/Troubleshooting

Jeremy

What about the Window Eyes office helper add in?

Should that one be checked or unchecked? Are there any of them that are in the
list that come with outlook that are known to be conflicts with WE?

I am using we 8.3 windows 7 64 bit and Outlook 2010.

I don’t get the expected responses from the outlook enhanced add in. For one
example the virtualize message doesn’t work for me at all. That key combination
shows that option is disabled in the view pull down.

Thank you

Shannon
