If you have Windows 7, you should be able to get back to it without downloading 
it over again.  You have to remove newer versions by finding them in "History 
of Updates" instead of add/remove programs, 
although IE 11 might be different from what I have heard.  I have a feeling 
that you will have a hard time finding a place to download it from, especially 
since the program that was downloaded was often an 
installer that got what it needed from the internet.
