This is not a Window-Eyes issue as we do not see this happen on multiple machines. However, one idea is that your iTunes library may be corrupt. You can create a new library by holding the Shift key while pressing Enter to open iTunes. This will open a dialog and allow you to Tab to a button where you can create a new library. Beyond that, make sure that your iTunes and WE are both up-to-date.

However, Window-eyes does freeze at the Logon screen and I need to use NVDA to get past it. Any way around this or is this an Itunes glitch?
