Hello again, I posted 2 messages on this list about not being able to insert and/or read comments in Word docs and Window-Eyes behaving badly.
There were 2 interconnected causes for my dilemma: You must be in print view and must have balloons rather than in-line comments selected. But, it still wouldn't work. Finally, I assume Microsoft was at fault: I did a System Restore multiple times to earlier dates. Finally, I reached a restore date 12/02/13 and now all is back to what it was.
