Is the keyboard voice set to one of the seven on settings? Is the keyboard volume value greater than zero? If the answers to those questions is yes, the key label dictionary for Gold Wave might be corrupted, forcing you to reinstall the Gold Wave set file package. Or you could open the Gold Wave key label dictionary in Notepad and look for and repair it that way. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: Tom Fairhurst [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Friday, December 06, 2013 10:49 PM To: info GW Subject: GoldWave 5.67 It’s been a while since I have used the program, but should be able to do this. I am using Window-Eyes 8.3 but can’t get the key labels to speak. The key labels seem to be in the dictionary, the keylabel dictionary is on, and the program dictionary is included. Having the special keys speak doesn’t help. I couldn’t find any browse mode settings that would seem to help. What am I doing wrong?
