Don't know, if this will mean any difference for your issue. But sometimes,
to have links, or buttons, on a website act upon your pressing them, you may
need to leave that website all access. That is, if you are running Firefox,
and have blocking add-ons like the NoScript, and if this has been set to
somehow block contents on say YouTube, you may experience that pressing
certain buttons will give no further response from the website. Again, since
I don't know your environment, and I never had the need to mute anything on
this kind of websites - due to me not often visiting any such site - I can't
tell if this is the case right here. Yet, just wanted to remind the list in
general, that blocked contents sometimes also means blocked functionality on
websites. Worth a try.

Subject: Unmuting Youtube.
Good Evening.
I'm having trouble unmuting the sound of the videos playing on Youtube.
I arrow down to unmute and hit enter and it won't budge.
Is there another way to unmute the sound?
Trent.
