Well, $10 for a program isn't an awful lot of money; I would doubt very much that you could get much in the way of support for that price. Further, I know from experience that Pandora has radically changed their interface since I bought the Hope program, and since then, I've had better luck without using hope at all. Furthermore, Pandora now even requires its listeners who aren't paying to respond periodically with some kind of evidence that you are still actively listening, and are not using Pandora merely as background noise. If you don't respond with some kind of keyboard activity within a given period of time, you find that suddenly music has stopped; not even anymore adds. Don't know about you, but if I need to do all that, and listen to adds, too, who needs it!
