Hello all,
I'm currently using Window-Eyes version 8.3 and when I received the
automatic notification that an update was available, I pressed enter on the
download update link. The file downloaded and the install shield wizzard
came up to start the installation. I answered yes to the first question
about continuing with the upgrade and then answered yes to the second
question about whether the upgrade should continue following the read me
file. I immediately get a tone followed by the error message that this
upgrade cannot be installed on the current copy of Window-Eyes. Anyone any
ideas why this should happen when I'm only trying to upgrade version 8.3?
Any help would be appreciated.
